The Sunflower

Sunflowers are emblematic of summer - especially here in the Midwest - yet they look so lovely in a fall color pallet. This beautiful giant provides pollen for bees and delicious seeds for birds and humans alike.
The Poppy

Poppies are a commonly recognized symbol of remembrance. I've set these lovely red poppies on a peaceful field of green. While a simple flower, they are quite lovely.
The Azalea

Azaleas are a beautiful, but toxic, member of the Rhododendron family. Don't worry, much like the bandana, azaleas are safe to look at and touch, just don't eat it! The pointed scalloped edge is reminiscent or the azalea's numerous, pointed leaves.
The Waterlily

Waterlilies have long been a personal favorite of mine. I've tried to capture the serenity of the lovely pink lotus-like flower on a ridged green raft floating carelessly on the water.
